“Published” means supported by the cited guidance. “Derived” is an engineering consequence. Local recommendations and objectives require an organisation's own approval. These are proposed design requirements, not a new NHS standard.
The supplied requirement RA-10 was incomplete. Its wording below is an explicitly local completion. Later identifiers are additions from this research.
