NHS England says Series 9 manufacture has ended. Its guidance describes Series 10 distribution as Series 9 stock runs out; the research did not verify an individual organisation's stock. The published transition date is 28 February 2027. SRC-004
The printer setup page describes Series 8 contacted and Series 9 contactless processing, but does not explicitly resolve the Series 10 interface in that table. Do not extrapolate the interface from compatibility alone. Record the installed reader, driver and successful Series 10 operation in VAL-004. SRC-003
